Notice that I have left all headers that would normally cause
LISTSERV to trap the message with its LOOP CHECK feature.  Since your
user STEIN is using WinPMAIL, has full control of his reply/forward
addressing format and can configure his replys to add the ">" (thats
">(no space)" to preceed each line of an included message.  This
should "fool" LISTSERV and make it through the LOOP CHECK feature.
