Lest anyone else besides Eric should think that my earlier tirade against
"computer professionals"  was directed  at Eric,  let me  assure everyone
that it was not.
 
As a novice user and hater of computers,  I find it very hard to get help
from all  the many  computer professionals  that I have  to deal  with at
school. However,  Eric has never  been anything but helpful  to me....and
that's why he ends up getting so many questions!
