So far, no workable suggestions (some posted, some private) for how
to set list options so that I can moderate a list of _subscribed_
peoples' messages only. Unsubscribed peoples' messages are automatically
rejected/returned to sender; I, as moderator don't have to deal with them.
I, as moderator, only edit subscribers' messages. Subscribers can't post
without going through the moderator/editor. That's the objective.
 
One person suggested a two-list approach, which I imagine works, but
I want to know if it can be done simply by correctly configuring one
list.
 
In other words, I want the joint effect of SEND= Private,Editor
