1) You need to get the DEFAULT MAILTPL from LISTSERV... (SEND DEFAULT MAILTPL)
2) ...and edit it to add an

   section. (That will somewhat obvious once you see the file's structure).
3) Then store the result in your list's filelist as <listname> MAILTPL
