If you do not specify a value for "Auto-Delete=", LISTSERV will use a
different default value if you have "Validate= No" than if you have anything
else. This was done a long time ago for backward compatibility. The solution
is to add an "Auto-Delete=" keyword with the behaviour you want (presumably
"Auto-Delete= Yes").
