This person is going through a service which provides anonymity for posters.
Common on some lists, rare on others (and on some lists there is a valid
reason for posters to be anonymous).  This person appears to think he
will lose his job if he posts what he really believes to your list(s).
Of course, he shouldn't  have sent that "anontest" to the list, but...
 
If you do not want totally anonymous people on your list, tell those who
use such services it isn't allowed and put in a filter to block the
service.
