I maintain a list on ua1vm called Pmail. I have problems trying to
find out where bounced mail is coming from. For example, I have a
couple of bounced messages from PSI.COM, yet getting a listing and
looking for PSI.COM reveals nothing. Another example error messages
from "[log in to unmask]". After talking with their system
admin, it turns out that "[log in to unmask]" is the same as
"[log in to unmask]".

How do you (list owners) attempt to discover where/how/who bounced
mail is coming from? I've found that if you use a Unix box and
"mail -v [log in to unmask]" you can at least make sure mail
is getting to "suspect".

Any other hints, words of wisdom, etc?
