The following two errors are very common in the delivery error reports
passed back from our LISTSERV server:

Your message
   Subject: Probe failure for SACP-L
was not delivered to:
  [log in to unmask]
because:
  User username ([log in to unmask]) not listed in public Name & Address
Book

AND

 Your document:  xxx

 was not       User Name/Tidewater/BSHSI
 delivered to:

 because:      Unable to deliver message to cc:Mail


I believe that these are destination configuration problems, but what do
owners/site managers do about them?  And what is the cause of the second
(cc:Mail) problem?
