One on my mailing lists has a subscriber in Norway. We're getting:

Subject:      Re: Sv: Dairy Consumption
Subject:      Sv: Sv: Dairy Consumption

Apparently Sv: is the Norweigian version of Re:. Could the software be
enhanced to recognize this so we don't have thread multiplication in the
web archives?
