One more question on understanding the daily error report ...

I have a couple of users who regularly get errors (but generally recover
before getting booted) and the error message looks like this, for a user
subscribed as [log in to unmask]:

         1 03/27 03/27 [log in to unmask]
                Last error: SMTP; 553
                            <[log in to unmask]@DOMAIN.
                            COM>. .. No such user

with case exactly as shown (in other words the user name is upshifted on
the first line but not the third).  The subscription record for these
users looks completely fine and the only thing I notice odd about the one
I checked in REVIEW output is that the personal name had an "&", e.g. "Tom
& Jane Jones" -- but another that I checked does not have that
characteristic.

Is this another badly misconfigured mail server problem?
