You can turn it all the way off for a given list with

* Loopcheck= NoSpam

as documented.  There is no way to customise what it believes is or isn't
a spam.

Your legitimate requirement can be met by making a super-list that has
the 30 lists you must cross-post to as its sub-lists.  This is probably
better than turning off the spam filter.
