  What do you mean, you passed out for a while and now the left hand is
refusing to cooperate?  Is this a result of the 48 hours without sleep?
Whatever caused it, it sounds dangerous (a stroke?), but it is probably
too much to expect you to hie yourself off to a doctor as any sensible
human being would do under such circumstances!  At the very least, GO TO
BED!!!  Pat and I can take care of the lists for a while; you don't
have to try to do everything.
