Not in the generic sense; but having said that, usually this is related
to an individual who can be moderated or chastised.  Also, LISTSERV has
some proprietary heuristics on anti-spaming.

Finally, if duplicate posts due to subscribers being on multiple lists
receiving multiple copies, maybe sub-lists may be appropriate?
