I posted the following to a list that I co-operate. The point
of posting it here is that GOPHERization of LISTSERV is occurring,
by hook or by crook. BTW, lstown-l, lstsrv-l, and lmail-l are
accessible via gopher searn.sunet.se.

Using VERONICA, I found 106 references to LISTSERV in GOPHER
DIRECTORIES (CNIDR) and 986 in all of goperspace.

Subject: Administrivia: TQM, TQM-L, and Gopher

(This is NOT meant for the technospeak challenged.)

Prodded by xxxxxxxxxxxg <xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>, I have investigated
HOW TQM-related info is organized (if at all) in Gopherspace.

In a nutshell, GOPHER is a method of organizing documents, as well
as other network constucts, in a distributed and seemless fashion,
using client/server protocols in an Internet (TCP/IP) environment.

Using VERONICA (a method of searching gopherspace), I have discovered
that indeed TQM is alive and well, though somewhat buried.

Gopher to ukcc.uky.edu TQM-L via the following path:

Netnews........News from the Nets (this was on the 2nd screen of Root Menu)
     Education......Education issues
          TQM-L..........Total Quality Management in Education

IMHO, it is this LAST gopher hole (UKCC.UKY.EDU) where you can find the
latest in TQM-L archives.
