As owner of Help-Net, I have recently started receiving lots of bounce
messages like the one below. There seems to be a Help-Net subscriber on
CompuServe who has too much incoming mail. I checked Help-Net for a
70574.1743 account on CompuServe, but nothing turned up. There are 3 or 4
other Help-Net users at CompuServe, but they don't seem to be the problem.
The reject messages, as you can see below, are passing through
u.washington.edu.

The only reason I can see for that happening is if a subscriber on a
u.washington.edu system is having all his/her mail forwarded to a CompuServe
account. Last night, I sent an E-mail message to the few Help-Net
subscribers at the University of Washington to see if one of those would
bounce, but nothing happened. These bounces usually take place rightway
after a posting is sent to Help-Net so I don't think that my test helped find
the bad subscription entry. Does anyone know what to do? As I write this, I
am being interrupted by annoucements of rejects from the address below and I
just don't see it in the list.
