Yes.  LISTSERV actually recognizes the majority of our errors right now ...
it just doesn't *act* on the temporary ones.  I'd  like at least the option
of it doing  so, something like  "if someone  generates  20 temporary error
messages in  a day, then dump  'em"  ... or  maybe even  "...  then set 'em
INDEX" or "... then set 'em NOMAIL".  Same thing a listowner would do. That
would be GREAT.  Then we could go Full-Auto without guilt.
