.jobh files contain held jobs.  You can see what's in them using the
'jobview' executable.  You can delete them if you don't want them to
be executed, or if you want LISTSERV to try processing them again
immediately you can rename them to '.job' files.  (In the latter
case, if whatever caused them to become held in the first place is
still in effect they will likely become held again.)

.error files are jobs that failed for one reason or another.  You can
see what's in them using jobview.  If you have no use for them go
ahead and delete them.
