Hello,

Three questions for all today:

First, can I cause all distributions to go thru my SMTP instead of using
the LISTSERV backbone? How?  The backbone is the cause of a few problems
I've been wasting hours on lately.

Second, some subscribers have been reporting missing digests. These, too,
have been delivered (or sent out and not yet delivered) via the LISTSERV
backbone.  Anyone else seen this; are there known bottlenecks yesterday and
today?

Third, one of my list owners is reporting duplicate distributions (she got
22 of one post, 40+ of another).  Any suggestions of actions she or I
should take?  Here are two header samples ...
