It typically is viewable as a comment field in the RFC822 headers

X-Tags= Yes

On my client (EUDORA), those are suppressed by my default (though >>X-Tags= Yes
End Replyblah-blah-blah" brings them back)

Dpending upon setup, the X-CC: folks may not be able to respond to the
list (send= private).  Finally, the person doing the REPLY, might not do
a REPLY-ALL.

Suggestion, if it is THAT IMPORTANT that the X-CC: folks receive REPLY,
then they should be subscribed (even if in NOMAIL mode and they can have
access to the notebook archives either thru mail or the
WEB).  Alternatively, they can be explicitly referenced in the body by
the original poster who exhorts REPLYs back to them.

All other solutions are inherently flawed.
