As I understand it, if one wants to restrict access to the REV command
to subscribers one has two choices (I'm going by a 1.5d memo, latest
I could find):
 
Review= Private
    or
Review= (listname)  (would that be Review= (AUTOCAT)  or AUTOCAT  ?)
 
The memo is unclear as to any real difference between the two.
What is wanted, if possible, is subscribers can use the command but
nonsubscribers get nothing but the "you are not authorised..."
message.  Do not want nonsubscribers to receive even the list header,
which I believe they do with Review= Private .
 
Next, have all the LISTSERV memos been updated for 1.8a?  If so,
where are they?  I can't find them at SEARN, nor UBVM nor any of
the other nodes I've checked.  If this information has been posted
before, apologies.  Some of the memos are 1.5d, some 1.7f, etc.
If they haven't all been updated, when can we expect the new ones?
