The simplest way probably is to look at URL
<http://www.lsoft.com/lists/LIST_Q.html>, searching by host name. A
ready-made result, updated daily, for all public lists.
 
Otherwise, not with a single command (LISTS SUMMARY gives only totals
for all lists), but anyway feasible at user level: send a LISTS; from
its result create a a job like this:
 
//l job
REVIEW AGRAMB (SHORT)
REVIEW AIB-CUR (SHORT)
REVIEW ARCLIB-L (SHORT)
//l eoj
 
You will receive single files: combine them in one, and reduce to
the relevant lines:
 
Subject: File: "AGRAMB LIST"
* Total number of users subscribed to the list:  143  (non-"concealed" only)
Subject: File: "AIB-CUR LIST"
* Total number of users subscribed to the list:  910
Subject: File: "ARCLIB-L LIST"
* Total number of users subscribed to the list:  164
