I'd like to add to the brief message that is sent back when someone
tries to subscribe to a list that has moved to a new host.  Is there a
template for this?
 
Currently, when I try to sub to a moved list, one gets something like:
    "> sub qual-l bill verity"
    "Your request is being forwarded to [log in to unmask]"
I'd like to be able to add some more prose.
