Can someone please advise me about reading Listserv List archives off CDROM.

I am already using the WA.exe (WWW) interface online but have a project
needing to package on CDROM.

I am interested in recommendations about doing this using a WWW browser -
and especially accessing Listserv archives, searching etc.

This also implies questions about reading Mime translation automatically.

Doe anyone have experience of such things?
