We have a message in our request box about a post
being rejected because it is too long, from a
non-subscriber who claims he didn't send the original
message.

My question is, how would listsev 8.d handle a too
long message from a non-subscriber?

Would it send a response that the post is too long
first, without asking for approval?

Or would it send both?

It should still generate an error message shouldn't
it?

Or maybe it is just a KLEZ?
