Some mail clients don't handle Digests very well.  Some of these
behaviors can be circumvented by the subscriber e.g.,

SET listname NOMIME

BTW, if archives are available, don't forget the INDEX distribution
option.  The beta (1.8d) additionally has an HTML option for both DIGEST
and INDEX.

You might also rethink the timing of the distribution, as well as the
frequency.  Smaller digests tend to increase the frequency.
