hiding a list

When you use a confidential=yes on the header, it will hide it from the
global list when you do a listserv list.  However, over here at Temple
University, it does not hide it form a local listserv list command.
 
My question is this, what can you do to hide the list from a local
listserv list command?  Any suggestions?
