I know of none. There may be a better solution. See below.

On the 10th day of every month I send a "greeting" notice to my
subscribers that reminds them what the List is for, what addresses to
use, and so on. If you would like a copy of the current edition,
I can send it. It seems to work, although it ain't perfect.
