This is an incorrect specification.  You need to include the listname, such as
Notebook= Yes,/export/home/listserv/archives/mylist1,Monthly,Private

(note the directory /export/home/listserv/archives/ must first exist)

Note also that LISTSERV does not archive daily 'digests' but the individual
messages as/when sent to the list.  It's the same information but in a different
format.
