Is there any way to turn this "confirming" half of the review function off,
it generates unnessary & uninformative buckets of e-mail for the editor,
i.e. is there a way to have a "quiet" OK? Seeing the post hit the list is
enough of a confirmation.

If not, can you turn this into a suggestion?

We have Notify=Yes. I know if I change it to No I lose notices of people
signing on and off. Would it also stop these?
