Read a usenet group until you find a particularly obnoxious poster with a
number of obvious complexes. Then write to  him and tell him you are very
impressed at  his writing  skills, and  would like him  to assist  you in
keeping a  3800-subscriber list in  check, where many people  are unnice.
Then just  have him screen  the messages  the subscribers send  you. Very
quickly you'll find  that the volume of trash on  your list decreases, as
the flamers are kept busy writing private mail to the usenet flaming hero
and have no time left to write to the list ;-)
