Hi...

I have two mailing lists that are fully moderated with seven
moderators.   One moderator has an issue with dual confirmations
that I cannot solve, (the other six moderators do not have this
problem).

Everytime this Moderator approves a message for posting to the
mailing list, he will receive two confirmations.  The only difference
in the two messages is found in the body of the message:

First confirmation:

> ok
Confirming:
> APPROVE PCBUILD 0BF139
[reply sent to [log in to unmask]]

Second confirmation:

Message successfully approved.


This Moderator uses the same POP & SMTP server to route his mail,
"Mail.Nospin.org"      He has a seperate installation of Eudora Pro v4.1
that is only for receiving, reviewing and approving messages to the
mailing list(s).   This program has been uninstalled and reinstalled to
insure it is not a mail client issue.   Querying his subscription options
reveals his settings are the same as all the other Moderators.

I am at a lose to solve this issue.  I hope someone can help.   (I will
paste the full headers of two messages on the bottom, in case someone
can see the issue in the headers).
