Hi folks:

I there a way to configure a list so that the POSTACK1 message is only sent
to someone if they are not on the list? We have a number of lists that we
want to use both for input from external sources and internal discussion
and the POSTACK1 message becomes a nuisance in the internal discussion gets
frequent.
