I have a list that does not send its digest. Here is an example of its header:

Digest= yes,same,Daily,10

Review= owners

The list is posting regularly to its notebook at the web interface, it is
just not sending out a a daily digest as we expected. (I believe this is set
to digest at 10 am)  Does anyone have any suggestions?
