I have a listowner who runs a "membership required" list. Subscriptions 
requests are set for owner approval. He would like a mechanism that, 
when the request to subscribe is rejected, the sender receives 
notification of why and with instructions on how to become a member of 
the organization.

Is there a template for rejected subscription requests?  If not, 
perhaps something in the "...forwarded to owner for approval" would be 
the more appropriate place. Any ideas would be appreciated.
