We considered this and no, this is unlikely because we are getting about
20 per week that are like this and the majority of these people do not
know each other.  There are over 4000 members on this list both internal
to the usa.redcross.org domain and external email addresses and we have
noticed that only the [log in to unmask] domain emails are showing this
behavior.
