If you are going to SET NOMAIL, I suggest that you also SET REVIEW
in case they send a message to the list "I haven't been receving
xxxxxxx-L, is anyone else?"  Intercepting and acting upon those
messages will pay dividends by not reducing the quality of your
list and hopefully making it clear that you are proactive.
