I still don't quite understand passwords under 1.8c.  In particular:

* What happens to the "List Password" we used to have under 1.8b?  I am of
the impression that I need to just forget it ever existed and have all
listowners set and use personal passwords -- is this right?

* I only need set one personal password per server, and it will work on all
my lists, right?

* If I set Validate=Yes in the list header, for what commands will
subscribers have to supply passwords?  My list used to be Validate=No, and I
don't want subscribers who try setting themselves to digest to suddenly be
prompted to establish and start using a password.
