SPAMs and SPAM responses are not necessarily received in
real-time nor distributed sequentially; nor do subscribers
necessarily read e-mail sequentially.  Heck, some e-mails
never cease and are constantly being re-discovered e.g.,
the Make A Wish Foundation chain letter.
