What's happening here?

I'm a total Newbie at the list server operating business, but thought
I'd try to learn.  So I downloaded a copy of listserv-lite and
installed in on my hap.wustl.edu machine.  Since that time, I've
been getting is slew of these messages.

Can someone tell me what's happening and how to stop it?

You insights would be greatly appreciated!!!
