I tried out both:

1.
// JOB
SUB <listname> <my fullname>
// EOJ

2.
SUB <listname> <my fullname>
END

Both works fine with LISTSERV Lite 1.8d. Second way generates an additional
message:
> end
Remaining commands ignored.
