My brain isn't cooperating today, and I can't seem to find what I need in
the manual.  Can someone remind me how to get a name and address into the
Reply-To line of a list header?  Specifically, I want the Reply-To line to
read like this:

Reply-To:  Name <userid@node>

But every time I try to put the header this way, it's rejected.  What am I
forgetting?
