Your tables are way out of date:

and this is probably what is causing the problem.  We removed the Coos Bay
server from INTPEERS NAMES months ago.  The mail that's failing isn't list
mail, it's some kind of LISTSERV update being sent around the network.

If you register your server as explained in the installation guide that
came with the software, these files can be automatically updated.
