Right ... to filter list messages the filter must be applied to the "To"
field (which will be the list address), not "From" (which will be the
individual).

You could also use "sender" if your email software supports it in filters
(in the cases I know it is also set to the list address) or perhaps "Reply-
to" (if the list is set up with the list address as the reply-to address).
