Note that under 1.8d you can exempt specific addresses from a domain
you've already filtered, ie, say you have

* Filter= Also,*@baddomain.com

and you know a good person who wants to subscribe from that naughty
domain.  Under 1.8d (and please please please note that this does
NOT work on 1.8c or earlier) you can code

* Filter= Also,*@baddomain.com
* Filter= Allow,[log in to unmask]

or even just

* Filter= Also,*@baddomain.com,Allow,[log in to unmask]

and the filter will ignore that specific address, and Joe can subscribe,
post, and set options just as if baddomain.com hadn't been filtered.

Note that the "Allow" parameter must follow <all> the domains/users
you have previously filtered, as anything coded after it is considered
an "allowed" address.  See the keyword appendix for details.
