When you set any subscriber option, you get back a report (assuming
that you did NOT use the QUIET prefix). That report clearly shows
if the NOPOST switch had been set.
* NOPOST You are not allowed to post to the list
Furthermore, if the subscriber does elect to post, it is bounced
back to the subscriber.
