Hello folks;
 
I run  the Help-Net Listserv  list. About  an hour ago,  I added a  filter to
Help-Net. Shortly  after adding this filter,  I received 3 messages  like the
one  below.  The  filter  was  to  block out  all  messages  from  people  on
FIS.TORONTO.CA and  FLIS.TORONTO.CA because  every time  someone from  one of
those hosts subscribes to my list,  I get gibberish error messages from those
hosts and I haven't been able to get the postmaster there to respond to pleas
for  help. I  have a  hunch that  the  messages like  the one  below are  not
connected with  the addition of  this filter  to my list,  but I am  not sure
about that.  In any event, what should I do about the message below?
