Hello,

        My mailbox is full with error messages from Juno.  It appears
that they have a daily limit on messages and two of their subscribers
(my users) have exceeded it (drastically).

        Consequently, one of my list owners account was flooded with
mail until it was full and would not accept any more messages.  Now
I'm getting bounces from his account until he downloads his mail.

        I'm considering not allowing Juno users on my list due to the
problems I have with them (can't do digest because of the short length
of the messages they get and then this).

        Could someone tell me how to set up 'filter' on a list so that
Juno subscribers would be rejected when they request to subscribe?  Is
it possible to edit the reject message that they get so it tells them
why?
