I can explain the anonymous server.

It is a service to let people post messages about sensitive subjects
with an anonymous id number so only the server knows their true
identity.
 
it is used for many purposes including people discussing their personal
experiences with sexual abuse and such and also in usenet news groups
like
 
alt.personals.bondage or
alt.sex.wanted.right-now
 
People can correspond anonymously and discuss subjects they would never
tell their spouse, lawyer, priest or even their BARTENDER!
 
If you wish to tell the [log in to unmask] user what you think of
them using your list for testing, you may write to them at that address
and your message will be anonym-ized.
 
If you wish to write to them with your identity intact, change their
addrress to:
 
  to: [log in to unmask]
 
For info on the server, write to:
live person: [log in to unmask] the administrator he reads English
Finnish and some other languages.
automated info:  to: [log in to unmask]
to get your own anonymous id number write to: [log in to unmask]
 
The anonymous server fulfils a purpose needed by some people but open to
major abuse by others.
