Then why does the 1.8c keyword memo say you can?

I know about that, Nathan, I said I know about it, but that is for
the entire list.  I'm not looking for something for the entire list,
I am looking for a subscriber by subscriber, as warranted, posting limit.
A subscription option for listowners to use, like review, and nopost.
something like:  SET listname POSTLIMIT5 FOR [log in to unmask]

I already know I can do it for the whole list.
