I was wondering if anyone could explain the meaning of an error a couple of
people on my list are having.  The list sends out about 50 posts a day, yet
the error is showing up only about 7 times in as many days.

The relavent section of the daily error monitoring report for one person is
below, as well as the automatic removal notice for the second.

It seems to me that the problem is with mail-spool.is.co.za.  But I don't
really know what this error means.
